KeyeTech has designed a comprehensive defect detection system for small pharmaceutical bottles, using a combination of "8 ultra clear industrial cameras + 4 functional workstations+customized light sources" to achieve seamless detection of bottle shoulders, bottoms, mouths, and bodies. The detection accuracy is at a leading level in the industry.
Workstation analysis:
Workstation 1, bottle shoulder feature detection, accurately capturing the integrity and appearance defects of the shoulder neck contour.
Workstation 2, synchronously complete the internal and external inspection of the bottle bottom, and strictly guard the quality checkpoints.
Workstation 3 adopts special imaging technology to achieve high-precision detection of bottle mouth and inner wall of bottle mouth.
Workstation 4, single workstation dual dimensional synchronous screening, integrating detection of defects on the outer surface and inner wall structure of the bottle body.
Advantages of the plan:
Customized adaptation: Exclusive design of "bottle shoulder detection station", if detecting shoulder less medication bottles, the station can be directly cancelled to reduce customer adaptation costs;
No blind spot detection: Four workstations correspond to the four key areas of "shoulder bottom mouth body" of the small medicine bottle, and eight cameras are used to capture images separately to avoid missed detections from a single perspective;
Accurate matching of light source: Each workstation is equipped with customized LED light sources from KeyeTech to solve the imaging problem of transparent/highly reflective materials for medicine bottles, ensuring that defects are clearly visible.
