1. Linear light source: specifically designed for linear scanning scenes, highlighting linear defects
Core function: capable of achieving long lengths and ultra-high brightness, used in conjunction with line scan cameras, suitable for continuous detection on various assembly lines.
2. Surface light source: Uniform illumination over a large area to eliminate local shadows
Core function: Provide a large-area, highly uniform planar beam that covers the entire detection plane, avoiding shadow interference caused by uneven light, and adapting to the detection of all areas of planar objects.
3. Point light source: Small range high-precision focusing, focusing on small defects
Core function: As a key lighting or supplementary lighting, it can also be used as a light source for quasi parallel optical systems, combined with dedicated lenses, to form a bright and uniform lighting effect.
