From April 21 to 24, CHINAPLAS 2026 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition came to a successful close. Breakthrough black technology – AI Vertical Intelligent Sorter

Targeting the source of plastic packaging materials, Keye Technology specially launched a groundbreaking black technology: the “AI Raw Material Inspection Machine.” This equipment can accurately detect black spots, off-color particles and impurities in PET, PVC, PE and other plastics. Its core features a “one-hour rapid model training” function, supporting localized deployment to enable fast modeling and production in complex backgrounds, balancing both efficiency and quality.

Operators need no AI expertise – with simple training they can get started immediately, achieving “learn and apply instantly, produce and optimize on the go,” driving the intelligent upgrade of upstream processes in plastic packaging.
